Have you received an email informing that the direct debit was not successful?
You can re-add or fully update your payment details.
Please note that this function is only fully available if the current direct debit was unsuccessful.
You will find the option to update your payment details in your customer account under "Update payment".
If you have selected this button, the subscription for which the direct debit was unsuccessful will be displayed and you will be able to update the payment details for this subscription.
If you have paid by credit card, you can update your credit card details at any time.
After clicking on "Update payment method", you will be redirected to the shopping cart on our website and you will have to go through the payment or ordering process again.
Please note that this will not change the (remaining) duration of your subscription. You will not sign up for an additional subscription and you will not receive duplicate boxes.
