If you have received an email stating that your payment was unsuccessful, there are several possible reasons for this:
Possible solutions for Paypal payments
-You can try to manually add money to your paypal balance. Sometimes, Paypal tries to use your Paypal balance instead of the connected bank account, leading to payment problem, if the amount there is not enough.
-In some cases, you need to manually authorize the payment. If this is the case, you should have received a notification from Paypal already.
-In general, if there seems to be a problem with your Paypal account, you may contact the Paypal account for adequate help.
Possible solutions for credit card payments
-Please check if your credit card information is still up to date and that your card has not expired in the meantime.
-Otherwise, the card’s limit could have been reached. Please reach out to our customer support in this case, as we can change the next charge date accordingly, to let your card’s limit reset first.
In any case, you can always add a new payment method, or simply re-add your current payment method by updating your payment method in your customer account. This especially resolves any payment issues that are not listed here yet.
