When there are any difficulties or problems during the shipping process, your box might get sent back to SnackPilot. This happens for example if the address is incorrect or incomplete, the package is damaged during the shipping or you did not pick up the box at the pick-up point, if this applies to you.
Please reach out to support@snackpilot.com and let us know that your box was returned. We will make sure to send you a new box.
If you do not reach out, we will contact you after the return was registered in our warehouse, but this can take some more time and your monthly box might not be available then anymore.
