The tracking status is stuck in the first place
First of all, please make sure you have selected the correct shipping company. If you have any questions on this, please refer to this article.
If the tracking status is still stuck in the first place, this is likely because your box has not yet been scanned. It is usually scanned and updated after 1-2 days.
However, if the status remains like this for more than 5 working days, please contact our customer support. We will then try to find a quick solution to the problem.
The tracking status does not change in the middle of the shipping process
If your box is stuck in the middle of the shipment process instead of the first status notice, please message us at support@snackpilot.com as soon as there hasn't been any update for seven days. This way, we can most likely ensure that this is not just a delay from the shipping company.
We will then make sure to ship a new box or a replacement to you.
