If any of the sweets in your box arrive badly damaged, please contact our customer support.
Please also send us a photo of the damaged candy. We will then check your request and try to find a solution.
Please note, however, that a replacement will only be considered if the candy is severely damaged. We cannot replace damaged packaging or minor blemishes.
Furthermore, we ask for your understanding that some sweets only have a short best-before date. This is due to various reasons. Of course, it is still a flawless product.
However if you have an expired sweet in your box, please contact our support team with a photo of the sweet in question.
