If you would like to cancel your monthly box with us, please do so on our website in your customer account ("Log In").
After logging in and clicking on "Subscription", you will see the overview of your snack plan. Here you will find the button to manage your subscription and can now cancel your SnackBox.You may have to wait a little (30 to 60 seconds) until the page with the overview loads.
After clicking on "Cancel", please select the reason for cancellation and confirm your selection.
Please note that the cancellation will only take effect at the end of your selected term (the selected number of orders).
If you do not have a customer account with us yet, or if logging in does not work, you can create a new account in a few steps.
Please use the same email address that you use for your orders. The accounts will now be linked and you will have full access to your orders again.
Please note that your cancellation will always take effect at the end of the term you have chosen, even if you cancel earlier.
