🔁 existing subscriptions
- existing subscriptions will continue without interruption and include the same snacks you love ✨
- the delivery schedule remains the same, schedules terminations will be transferred
📦 open orders
- delivery and tracking remain unchanged - same process you are used to 🚚
- orders, that have already been paid, will be sent out - if not already done
💳 accounts and payment details
- you received a separate email on May 07, 2025 (UTC+2), including a personal activation link for your new SnackPilot account - all subscriptions and orders will now be managed through this account at https://snackpilot.com 🍭
- your payment details are transferred automatically - you don't need to do anything, unless we contact you
